A quick easy recipe to throw together for the kids.


  • Organic Tortilla Chips (or other non-GMO variety)
  • Cheese (grated)
  • Black Beans or Chili
  • Fresh Tomatoes (or Salsa)
  • Avocado
  • Sour Cream
  • BBQ Veggie Crisps (the crumbs at the bottom of the bag!)


Play around with this recipe--add your favorites to the dish. This is an easy one to customize.


Step 1 Set oven to 350 degrees
Step 2 Line rimmed baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.
Step 3 Add tortilla chips, cheese and beans or chili.
Step 4 Place in the oven until cheese has melted, about 10 minutes. Watch this step carefully, the chips burn easily!
Step 5 Once out of the oven, add additional toppings: avocado, fresh tomatoes or salsa, sour cream, Veggie Crisps.
Step 6 Devour.
